Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be forwarded to our fulfillment partners via AliExpress.

Shipping Times
Because we work with international suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note: shipping times may vary depending on supplier, customs, and demand.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with global carriers depending on the supplier, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Local postal services

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We may offer free shipping promotions on select products or orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear due to international processing.

Multiple Shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately, as they may come from different suppliers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product pricing.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather or global events

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

We will assist on a case-by-case basis, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must be free of odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates or personal-use items
  • Custom or personalized products

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

We will provide instructions based on the supplier handling your order.

Important (AliExpress-Based Fulfillment)
Since we source products through AliExpress suppliers:

  • Return addresses may vary by product
  • In some cases, returns may need to be shipped internationally
  • In certain situations, we may offer a refund without requiring a return (depending on supplier policy)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited supplier stock.
If an item is unavailable, we will issue:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue by offering a:

  • Replacement
  • Refund
  • Or store credit

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in processing with our suppliers.
